“Group tutor sessions and live online performances have kept me feeling involved and uplifted during these crazy times” – Ella Crossland, Exeter student, April 2020
Coronavirus has impacted the music and arts industry enormously – and that has changed our plans too. Our number one is keeping our students and staff safe and healthy, and we’ve been working hard to adapt our courses and online study options since March.
In March we swapped the studios and stages for our homes, and things continue to change as the year goes on. In September 2020 we are minimising contact time and class sizes in-line with all government guidelines and local developments, and adapting much of our material for online delivery. Online delivery is something we were quick to act on back in March, and we’ve been chuffed to get some great feedback from our students on how we dealt with the changes.
It’s a hard time for musicians and the arts right now. Find out how to get advice, help, funding, sign petitions and more on our dedicated page.
